Computer Supported Cooperative Work project. The goal of the project is to enhance the collaboration between developers and users who submit bugs to open source projects.
Bug tracking systems are used by programmers/developers to keep track of software bugs. Usually only technical and savvy users use such systems to report bugs. Whereas regular users find it difficult, and sometimes when they use it, they don't provide helpful information. Therefore, we wanted to design a solution to bridge this "socio-technical" gab. We wanted to improve the bug tracking process in general and to make bug tracking software easier to use for regular users in specific.
